The Vegan Months


If you are even remotely considering going vegan, for good or for a a few months, you have to spend some time on The Minimalist Baker. Dana takes the terrifying, there-is-no-way-in-hell out of vegan, and replaces it with a lot of, that-looks-delicious-it-cant-be-that-hard. Take for example this Cauliflower Dal Green Curry   If you love Indian flavours, and like a little heat. this is sure to satisfy. I play around with vegan, a few times a year, just to keep things interesting, I like to go easy on the meat eating, and dairy, and get back to basics.  I always find it is a bit of a challenge to get started, but once I get going I am good for a few straight months.  So here I am browsing recipes  getting ready for the vegan months!
