I can't help but love the warm combination of creams and pale blues. Whether it's in the bedroom, living room, or dining room, the palette always seems to evoke comfort and calm. I especially love it paired with natural wood. floors or furnishings. Here are a few designers that I think have really mastered the look. Tricia Foley created a feature wall of whites with built in cabinets and simple white china. In an adjacent room she reversed the look, with blue on the walls and creamy white upholstery. In the bedroom, Samantha Pynn, has layered various cream and linen textures, and pairs it with patterns of blue in the headboard and club chairs. Barbara Barry, below, plays with light in a room with oversize windows. In the large room, she pairs it down with statement furniture, that adds colour and pattern. And way below, a picture from the Mrs Howard Shop, where the look is pulled together in their showroom.
